The Keeper was a most enjoyable read!  From the first page to the last, I was held captive by this story.  The characters are very believable and you cannot help but get caught up in their lives.  Especially the life of Billie, the girl that hope for the entire world rests upon. It is also an emotional story that will have you sitting on the edge of your seat.  And, you might even shed a few tears. I did! The story is full of fantasy, mystery, intrigue, and even romance, so it offers something for everyone, not just YA readers.  The fact is that I rarely read this genre, but I am so glad that I did this time, because this was one of those books that I did not want to put down . If you are looking for a new book to read that is different from anything else on the market right now, then you should read this book.  There are no vampires or witches in this story which seems to be what everyone else is writing about these days.

  1. OOOh I can feel your enthusiasm for this book through your words! I think it's nice to break from all the vamps, witches, and wolves and just read a good story sometimes. So I'm glad this one worked for you. I'll have to look into this one further. Nice review!
